Our history...

An Australian and French couple with a common passion: Kombucha!

Because every product we consume has a greater-reaching effect on our health
than we can imagine. 

    Juliette is above all a physiotherapist with additional training in aromatherapy and yoga.

    Justin is an Australian nutritionist with degrees in nutrition and food science. He has also worked as a cook and in the wine industry in Australia.

    Justin became a big fan of Kombucha after half a year of laboratory research on the benefits of this drink (and extensive sensory testing!)

L'eau à la bouche was born on the beautiful Australian beaches. And it is in the grandeur of these landscapes that a curiosity and an unwavering passion for Kombucha was born.
Since then, we have tested Kombucha from around the world. We have incorporated wine knowledge into our special fermentation to produce what we believe to be a very special drink.
Our goal is to provide a healthy beverage, local in France and an alternative to classic sweet soft drinks.
We believe that prevention is essential for health! And that everything we consume affects how we think and feel.
We also know that the environment is fragile and that we must preserve it through our actions. So we make our Kombucha drink conform to our ethics, to ecology and to ourselves.
